Uninsured drivers: a problem in Montana and across the nation

Imagine that you are driving along one of Montana’s many roadways when you are suddenly hit by another driver. Robotic device malfunction leads to medical malpractice verdict

Two individuals now residing in Montana were awarded more than $100,000 concerning a medical malpractice lawsuit.  The jury awarded the couple $10,500 for medical expenses.  An additional $100,000 was awarded concerning compensation for physical pain and mental anguish.

Failure to see red light may have led to 3 car crash

It's extremely fortunate that no one was injured in a three-way crash that recently occurred in Montana.  As it appears that one of the drivers did not see a red light and entered an intersection, a minivan ended up sitting on top of another vehicle.
